Electrical problems stay hidden until they're dangerous.

You can't see a loose connection in the attic. You can't see a 1970s panel wearing out. What you notice is the buzzing, the flicker, or the morning half your house goes dark, and by then you're not sure what's safe to touch.

Then comes the second headache. You call around, wait on callbacks, and block off a morning for a contractor who never shows. It's overwhelming. And nobody should have to chase an electrician just to get a callback.

The cost of waiting

What waiting can cost you

A loose connection that keeps heating up inside a wall or attic

An outdated panel that can't keep up with what your home needs today

Paying for work you never needed because nobody explained your options

A cheap install from a handyman calling himself an electrician, done wrong and done unsafe

What homeowners say after we leave

Light House just replaced my electric panel and I was very happy with their service and quality of work. When I was searching for an electrician, William gave me sound advice and did not try to sell me upgrades or voltage I didn't need (unlike another company who quoted me). Once the permits came through, Steve was a great project manager, handled all the stuff with SDGE, and made sure every detail was taken care of down to the stucco repair. The price was fair for the service and quality of work and I would recommend them!

I had a variety of electrical issues around my house including loose outlets, an outside porch light that didn't work, and a couple of outlets that were not getting electricity. I brought in William at Light House Electric and he got everything squared away. He showed up promptly, was very clear about the work needed and cost, and got me all squared away. If you are in a similar situation, don't hesitate to bring Lighthouse Electric in to get everything squared away.
